Turning around on the Spears

I have no great love for Britney Spears. I don't have a deep spiritual connection to pop music in general. I know that my Katy Perry post below might seem to contradict that, but note that I said "deep spiritual connection" to pop. But I do like to work out to it, and listen to it when its good. I also can't STAND people who are all "I hate pop music, I am waaaaay too deep for that. I only listen to (insert indie music of the moment/classic punk band here)."
Sorry, I digress. Back to my point: Hot-Mess Spears. She played a small role on How I Met Your Mother.

Wait for it.

She was good. To be fair, she was playing a ditz who is hungry for love, so its not much of a stretch, but, her comedic timing was GOOD! All in all, she was good. She played the role well. I haven't seen her other acting (what was that roadtrip movie?)but in this role, I think its fair to say, she killed it.
