I've actually been going to the gym on a consistent basis. Although, you might not think so, according to my posts. This is only my second "exercise" post, but I have been exercising, just not noting it here. Anyway. I thought for sure that I wouldn't have to work out tonight, since I had around 900 cals to eat for dinner to stay below my weight-loss calorie intake, but then, I actually counted those fucking calories, and it turns out that I needed to go burn some off.
Tip: The wraps at subway are about 100 cals more than the 6 inch white bread. That irked me.
Tip #2: I know what fresh just-working-out sweat smells like, and while its not great, its not as bad as it could be. As bad as say... stale, dried up, relathered sweat. And when I say relathered, I don't mean in the soap kind of way, I mean in the horse-sweat kind of way. Basically, just because you are going to the gym and are going to sweat anew doesn't mean that its ok for you not to have showered/applied deodorant for the past 3 days. There is almost nothing as rank and olfactory-ily offensive as gnarly dried-up/re-wet sweat smell.
So, in conclusion: take a shower you smelly-ass.
