Trawling

I've been scoping out the blogs of women having trouble conceiving. I almost wrote "fellow infertiles", but — and this could be denial talking — I don't consider myself an infertile yet. Maybe after a year, but not yet. Besides, I think its a bit disrespectful to call myself that, when other people have been through waaaay more than me. At any rate, I think I am going to start another series of blogs, I'll label them "trawling". Often a phrase will really stick with me, so I'm gonna start collecting them here. Today's catch of the day is from Jen, who writes Maybe If You Just Relax (going into the blogroll as well):

when you normally ovulate, your ovaries are the size of the tip of your thumb. And, apparently, when you're stimming for IVF, your ovaries become the size of your FISTS.

Just an interesting tidbit really. But, if you read the rest of that entry, please note that I also second the general gist of it. I know you are coming around, there are footprints EVERYWHERE, so drop me a comment or two.
