I think my cat has pica

My cat eats anything. First, I thought it was just a little weird that he ate steamed broccoli. I mean, what cat eats veggies, let alone steamed veggies, right? Then, I thought he was just a little overzealous when I found him chewing intently on a cat toy. Like, really intently. Like he was trying to... well... eat it.
Then, today, the kicker. I had some tulips from Mothers Day (bought them for myself, cuz I wanted to goddamn it) and today, they are dead, so I pulled them from their place in the vase alongside the spider mums and snap dragons (that are still alive and kicking, by the way) and some of the petals dropped to the floor. Before I could pick them up, my cat ate about five.

OK, so, broccoli, I can kinda understand. Its food. I like broccoli right? So why not Noel? But tulip petals?? Bizarre.
