How I feel about myself
Feeling OK at the moment. Going to Doctor tonight, going to ask her for some help. Gotta go to thge gym tonight too. I am worried that it will be really fucking hard. Shit. Gonna have to work my way into not-breathlessness. I just hate that ripping feeling in my chest and throat when I breath when I work out too hard.
