Fell off the wagon already. But not with too big of a thud. I had 11 points left last night, and then and went and had a kids meal for dinner at Harvey's. I probably used up more than the 11 points that I had left, so I will say that I went into my flexpoints by, lets say 4? Oh, and another 20 sit-ups last night. Joined the Y too. Gonna start on Monday, when Rich goes back to Tae

Breakfast
Grape-nuts (sprinkle) 1
non-fat yogurt (1/2 C) (guessing 2)
Strawberries 1

Mid-Morning Snack (10am)
nothing planned today (water when my stomach starts growling)

Lunch
Michelina's Fettucine with Creamy Pesto (5)

Mid-Afternoon Snack (3pm)
Conflicted about this. Having a Snickers. its 5 points, so it dips 2P into my flex points. I still feel guilt eating it. Even if its technically OK. And oddly enough, its Friday, and I think I have only used 5 of my flexpoints or so. Only 3 days left in the week, thats like, 8 flex points a day! Oooh, maybe I can go without using them, that must be good. Sweet! Feeling OK.

Dinner

How I feel about myself
At this time, OK, but its still very early. Will check in later...
(1:09pm) about to mow on that Snickers. Like I wrote above, feeling conflicted. but I am gonna eat a LOT of broccoli tonight, so that should balance out the good with the bad...
