Is it possible to lose weight and still eat things that are really bad for me? I am not too worried about it, because I kinda go in spurts... junk for a while, and then good stuff too. But, if its as simple as calories in / calories out, then I geuss I can lose weight, even if I do have the occasional happy meal. Its not seeming so hard this time... Maybe that is the beauty of WW, you can make it work for you. I sure hope so...
