Went to the gym last night, as I had hoped I would be able to make myself do. I think the secret is to not think about it, to just do it. AND I ate like, 2 less points than I could have last night!! Whee!! I thought I had dipped into my flexpoints again, but no, ate 22 points instead of 24. Nice. Oh, and I lost a pound when I weighed myself this morning. Finally broke the 189 barrier. I am sure that I will hit many more... I wonder if working out twice has helped... I wonder if working out more will... I need to do the weight training man. Tonight, I will dig out R's weights, and do some curls or something. Some sit-ups maybe...
