Plan to hit the gym for another half an hour tonight, maybe more. If I can get my ass there tonight, it should be the start to some momentum with this gym stuff. I didn't do the weight trainging that I was supposed to do last night. Thats the easy shit, and I didn't get that done. I guess that I will have to do some of that stuff tonight. Its just that using those gym machines scares me. I am so sure that I am going to look stupid. You can' t fuck up running on the elliptical. It went really fast the other night too, because I had the TV to watch. I only looked at the time at 12 mins, and then 18 mins, and then I was done. Not as horrific as I remembered it being.

Weight this morning: STILL 189. This gym shit better make a GD difference. I will admit that I was on the bad side last week
