I usually start my diets on a Monday. Did try and be good yesterday, but I still hated myself by the end of the day. So, I am calling today my start date. Can't weigh myself, becuase it was make me hate myself even more. I think I am around 195 today, maybe a little less, maybe a little more.
This is primarily to track my food intake. And mu exercising, once I get out there and join the damn Y. Maybe it will be tonight...
