Moving it over

So, I was posting to a blog inside the Nest, but I think I will move it over here. I briefly entertained the idea of C&P all those posts over here, and then I remembered that I am lazy. No, not lazy... work smarter, not harder, thats the idea. Anyway, the link to my Nest blog is here.

Trust me when I tell you, don't read the archived posts. They are BORING. There is nothing in them except for my daily points intake (when on WW) or carb intake (when on Atkins).
